Shipping Fees
- Domestic (Japan): Free shipping on all orders within Japan.
- International: A flat rate of ¥30,000 (tax included) is required for all international shipments.

・Order Expiration

Within 7 days after confirmation of the quotation email reply. If payment is not received within 7 days, we will assume there is no intent to purchase and the order will be automatically cancelled.

・Defective Products

Please contact us within 3 days of product arrival. Please understand that we cannot accept returns except in cases where the product is defective.
