Shipping policy

International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days via premium courier (FedEx/DHL). Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country’s customs clearance procedures and local logistics.

 

Shipping within Japan is free, but shipping outside of Japan requires a flat rate of ¥30,000 (tax included).

 

For domestic shipments within Japan, we fully entrust delivery to Hakoichi Co., Ltd. They select the most suitable carrier according to your delivery destination and ship with care. Orders will be dispatched within 14 business days of cleared payment. Due to the delicate and unique nature of our antique folding screens, we take extra time to ensure secure, museum-quality packaging and accurate export documentation.
